NJ Justices Refuse Beasley Allen Return to J&J Talc Cases

I am personally and professionally disappointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s failure to correct two errors that affect the rights of hundreds of New Jersey plaintiffs. First, the appellate division interfered with a finding of credibility, which the appellate courts have no right to do. Second, the rules of professional conduct are exclusively the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the state's highest court failed to exercise its jurisdiction, which will have a significant impact not only for Beasley Allen‘s clients, Beasley Allen, but for litigants in New Jersey for years to come
