Jeffrey Pollock to Speak at NJSBA's 2026 Asbestos Litigation Conference

Jeff Pollock will be a featured speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association's 2026 Asbestos Litigation Conference on Friday, September 18, at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
At 2:25 PM, Jeff will present "Hazy Lines: The RPCs and Contacting Witnesses & Navigating AI RPCs," an ethics session addressing two of the trickiest issues facing litigators today — the rules governing witness contact and how the Rules of Professional Conduct apply to the use of artificial intelligence in practice.
The full-day program, led by Superior Court Judge Ana C. Viscomi, brings together judges and practitioners from across New Jersey's asbestos and mass tort bar, covering topics ranging from bankruptcy trust litigation to the latest case law and courtroom technology. Attendees can earn up to 6.4 CLE credits, including 1.2 in Ethics.
