NJ Court Greenlights Beasley Allen Attys InTalc Litigation

This article describes Johnson & Johnson's vehement attempts to disqualify two Beasley Allen attorneys from representing a couple in their talcum powder suit. Atlantic County Superior Court Judge John C. Porto granted the motion for these attorneys' pro hac vice admission, despite J&J's persistent argument on denial of their application. Although counsel for the couple demanded the "sideshows or distractions" stop, J&J has stated that they plan to appeal this decision.
