In New Jersey Physicians United Reciprocal Exchange v. Ace Underwriting Agencies Ltd., et al., Civil Action No. 12–04397 (FLW/LHG), our firm represented NJ Pure in a dispute over a 2007 reinsurance contract, where defendants sought to offset amounts allegedly owed under a 2004 contract. The court ruled that NJ Pure's claims, involving contract interpretation and the permissible scope of offsets, were subject to the broad arbitration clause in the 2007 contract. Consequently, the litigation was stayed and administratively terminated pending the outcome of arbitration.
