In Kent Motor Cars, Inc. v. Reynolds and Reynolds Co. (207 N.J. 428), Mr. Pollock represented car dealerships in a complex dispute involving a faulty sales form and denied insurance coverage. The New Jersey Supreme Court ultimately sided with our clients regarding the form printer, sending that part of the case back for further proceedings, while affirming the dismissal of the claims against the insurer.
