This article describes a recent case in which Jeffrey Pollock represents Alexander against McElroy Deutsch, the firm where her former CFO husband, Dunlea, embezzled over $1.5 million and was subsequently sentenced to state prison. Alexander filed a separate suit, now consolidated with Dunlea's case, alleging that the firm engaged in marital-status discrimination by firing her based on her marriage. This ongoing case involves significant financial misconduct, defamation, retaliation, discrimination, and a future addition of a malicious prosecution claim.
