J&J's Beasley Allen DQ Bid Based On 'Innuendo,' Court Told

Jeffrey Pollock serves as counsel for a California couple in Diana Balderrama v. Johnson & Johnson et al., and made statements on J&J's attempt to block two Beasley Allen Law Firm Attorneys from representing them in their suit. He stated that the company's effort to keep these attorneys out of the case is "typical of J&J's unhinged, scorched-earth litigation practices", and described the attorneys as "J&J's strongest adversaries." Pollock also stated that these attorneys have successfully fought J&J before, and that the company is trying to keep them away because of that past success.
