In National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA v. Compaction Systems Corporation of New Jersey and Compaction Systems Corporation of Connecticut, 09 Cv. 6216 (BSJ), our firm represented Compaction Systems Corporation in a dispute concerning settlement contributions in relation to Superfund/CERCLA sites. We successfully removed the action to federal court, due to the case’s connection to an underlying CERCLA contribution action, yet the case was ultimately remanded back to the New York state court.

was successful in getting coverage for all of combville north, and combville south was successful in getting compaction out completely
