Progressive Garden State Insurance Co. v. Metius was a policyholder case in which Mr. Pollock represented Metius, arguing that his policy should not be voided due to PGSIC's lack of clear definition on "primary residence." Metius was granted the right to discovery on this issue, while PGSIC's motion to sever was denied. However, the court eventually ruled in PGSIC's favor with the conclusion of the case.
