In Leach v. Princeton Surgiplex LLC, Mr. Pollock represented Dr. Leach, who sued after he disagreed with the appraisal used to buy out his share of a company. The appeals court decided that even though a contract says an appraisal is final, it can still be challenged if there are mistakes, incorrect information, or bad faith involved. Dr. Leach's claims that the company broke its contract were then allowed to proceed to a full trial.
