In Handy & Harman v Beazley USA Services Inc., DOCKET NO. A-2068-20, 2023 WL 2317188, Jeffrey Pollock represented the plaintiffs-appellants, Handy & Harman, in an appeal concerning the denial of an insurance claim. The appellate court agreed with the trial court that the policy exclusions invoked by Beazley were valid, and denied coverage for Natural Resource Damages (NRDs). Ultimately, Handy & Harman's claim for indemnification was denied.
