This issue of Federal Discovery News details two cases: Progressive Garden State Insurance Co. v. Metius and Schultz v. Midland Credit Management, Inc.. Mr. Pollock represented Metius in his case, arguing that the identification of his houseboat as a 'primary residence' did not void his insurance coverage on said boat. At the time the issue was written, Metius had just been given the chance to conduct discovery on internal documents from Progressive that dealt with the insurer's understanding of “primary residence" in order to more thoroughly argue his case.
