Pollock Law is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Pollock has been invited to serve as a featured speaker at the American Bar Association’s 55th Spring Conference on Environmental Law, taking place April 22–24, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall.
This prestigious annual conference—hosted by the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER)—brings together leading voices from government, private practice, academia, industry, and nonprofit organizations. As environmental, energy, and resources law enters a period of rapid regulatory and structural change, the conference offers timely insights to help practitioners navigate an evolving legal landscape.
Jeffrey will speak on Ethics and Environmental Law, addressing the increasing complexity lawyers face as scientific, regulatory, and policy frameworks continue to shift. His presentation will explore emerging professional-responsibility challenges, best practices for environmental practitioners, and the ethical considerations that accompany advising clients in an era of significant EPA revisions and heightened public scrutiny.
With multiple learning tracks, interactive sessions, and discussions featuring regulators, practitioners, and industry leaders, the ABA Spring Conference remains one of the field’s most important gatherings. Pollock Law is honored to contribute to this year’s dialogue on the future of environmental regulation, compliance, and enforcement.
